The villas at Poggio Marino are immersed
in nature and privacy just two steps from the sea. Built by the architects Giorgio Ferrari
from Vicenza and Francesco Nissardi
from Cagliari ( both involved in the development project along the Chia coastline),
they are situated on the hills
with a view of the sea and lagoon.

The villas illustrated on the left bring to mind
the house-towers and recall the Spanish
and Moresque look-out towers of past times. Prestigious and comfortable, the villas come
with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, communal areas include a double-sized living room and kitchen with dining area, all of which give onto
the swimming pool which in turn is surrounded
by a porticoed area that encircles a cloister.

The villas illustrated on the right show a second but slightly more compact type of villa that are however equally inviting as the previous ones. They come with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The large dinner-kitchen is located on the left
and its notable floor space makes it the focal point of the daytime hours as it overlooks
the veranda and terraced patio
next to the swimming pool.
